It is finally REALLY happening!
2007-12-08 19:40:04

11.28.07 You know when you're shooting pool or messing around in a game of HORSE on the basketball court and you say to yourself, "I'm going to do this behind my back, bank it off of this and that, and watch it go in" - and then it does...and even though you believed it would happen, the sight of it actually happening still gives you that feeling of giddy disbelief? Well, that's how it felt yesterday when part of our original video aired on Ellen's show! Freaking amazing. It's part of a new segment called "It's Up To Y'all" where the audience votes online on whether or not Joe should be on the show. Vote YES and vote often here: LINK. Anyway, below is the edited clip of the show that aired yesterday - including Ellen's introduction!.  A big thanks to all of you who have helped along the way and a HUGE thanks in advance for those of you that will go out and continue to vote.

two Indiana shows this weekend!
2007-04-09 08:35:27
We have two shows in Kokomo Indiana coming up this weekend.  Both shows are benefit concerts.  On Friday the 13th we'll be at the Sycamore Marketplace playing from 8-11pm.  Cover for that show is $12 and includes dinner. On Saturday the 14th we're at Indiana University at Kokomo.  Show starts at 6pm and we're opening up for national touring Pie Boys Flat out of New Jersey.  This show costs $5 and all proceeds go to the "Take Back the Night" organization that helps families who have suffered domestic violence issues.   We'll be playing some new music off of the new "VanCity" CD so come out to at least one of the shows!
Going to Vancouver to record with Jason Mraz's producer!
2007-01-22 14:46:15
Hello everyone! First off, I'd like to wish you all a happy new year! I hope all is well with each of you! Bill Bell will be producing the tunes. Most of you will know Bill as the guitarist for Jason Mraz. Bill produced many of Mraz's first songs including the first version of "You and I Both." Bill has also produced and played guitar for Tom Cochrane ("Life is a Highway"), Tara McLean, Shaye, and many other major label acts in both the US and Canada. We will be re-recording some of my current songs and we will record at least two brand new songs. This will be an incredible opportunity for me and hopefully the catalyst that will help take my career to the next level in 2007! Once the songs are finished, I will post them on Myspace and the website. Wish me luck! -jcam!
ALCC event this weekend!
2006-11-28 13:57:04

In recognition of World AIDS Day, Kenneth Cole New York will be hosting a special shopping event on Friday, December 1st, from 5:30 pm to 8:30pm to benefit the AIDS Legal Council of Chicago (the ALCC).  The ALCC is truly a fantastic organization that represents low income individuals with HIV who are facing complex legal difficulties because of their HIV status.  The Council provides direct legal assistance, conducts community trainings on HIV-related legal issues and engages in advocacy to help shape fair public policy around HIV and AIDS.

Remember that Kenneth Cole will donate 20% percent of sales generated that evening to the ALCC to support its legal assistance programs for individuals with HIV.  Plus, if you are one of the first one hundred guests, you’ll receive a deluxe gift bag that contains products from our sponsors as well as CDs from our clients and affiliates.

I will be donating 100 CDs to be placed in the giftbags for this event.  Ever since learning about the ALCC the importance of this organization has been crystal clear.  I'm both honored and very excited to have been asked to participate in this endeavor and I encourage all of you reading this to visit the ALCC website and become familiar with this cause.  Please visit:  www.aidslegal.com

We're coming home to play a show!
2006-11-14 18:35:50
We will be playing a show in Kokomo on Saturday Nov. 25th at the Sycamore Marketplace (115 E. Sycamore St.) from 8-11pm.  This is a FREE, ALL-AGES show.  Since this is the Saturday after Thanksgiving I'm hoping lots of you out-of-towners who haven't seen us play will get the chance since you might be home for the holiday.  So come out and see the show...bring your family...drink a microbrew...wear a tie if you want... throw stuff at us... it'll be great!

"Thank you for visiting the new JCAM website! It's been a while since we've been online, but this past year has been an exciting one. Writing and recording the "I'm Stuck With Me" CD was a great experience and we were able to build on everything we learned from recording the "In Transit" CD in 2004.
Please look around the new site. In the MEDIA section you'll be able to listen to song clips from both CDs, download pictures, desktop wallpapers, AIM avatars, and more. In the STORE section you can order CDs, t-shirts, and stickers. If you'd like to get involved with our street team or book me (either solo or with the band) for a show please visit the CONTACT page or the PRESS KIT page.
Before leaving, make sure that you SIGN UP FOR THE MAILING LIST on the homepage and I'll make sure to keep you up to date on the important updates...and I won't flood your inbox, I promise."
